Overview

A fully domestic PCB assembly supply chain - not a sourced-abroad line with a US address

Ansync Circuits builds printed circuit board assemblies in the United States. Not partially. Not "final QA in the US." Every board leaving our shop has been designed, printed, placed, reflowed, inspected, and tested at our California facility by our team.

The reason we are strict about this matters: customers who care about domestic manufacturing usually care because of IP protection, lead-time reliability, regulatory compliance, or program requirements - and none of those goals survive an offshore assembly step slipped into the middle of the workflow. Keeping everything on-site in California is how we make "made in the USA" actually mean what it says.

Why Ansync

Why customers choose a USA PCB assembly partner

Lead Time

No overseas freight

Avoiding trans-Pacific shipping shortens lead times and removes one of the biggest sources of schedule risk on any PCB program.

IP Protection

Your design stays home

Files, BOMs, and firmware references stay inside the US, on our systems, under our quality and ITAR controls.

Compliance

ITAR, ISO, IPC

ITAR registered, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified, with IPC-trained technicians - the stack regulated customers expect.

Quality

Inspection on every board

Every assembly runs through 3D AOI, and hidden-joint components get 3D X-ray verification before shipment.

Capabilities

Full-service USA-based PCB assembly

PCB design, SMT and through-hole assembly, prototype to production runs, 3D AOI and X-ray inspection, functional testing, and IPC-trained rework - all performed domestically.

01

Design

Custom PCB Design

Schematic capture and layout optimized for manufacturability, reliability, and cost.

02

Assembly

SMT and Through-Hole

High-mix and complex assemblies with accurate, repeatable results across volumes.

03

Prototyping

First-Run PCBs

Fast small and mid-run prototype builds to validate designs and refine processes.

04

Inspection

3D AOI and X-Ray

Automated optical and 3D X-ray inspection catch defects early and verify hidden joints.

05

Testing

Functional Testing

We perform functional testing using your documentation and fixtures before shipment.

06

Rework

PCB Rework and Repair

IPC-trained technicians handle component replacement, solder correction, and troubleshooting.

Certifications

Domestic manufacturing, backed by the certifications that matter

A US address is not a quality system. We pair 100% domestic assembly with the certifications and workmanship standards that regulated programs require.

FAQ

USA PCB assembly - frequently asked questions

Is your PCB assembly 100% made in the USA?
Yes. All PCB design, SMT and through-hole assembly, inspection, functional testing, and shipment happen at our El Dorado Hills, California facility. We do not send assembly steps offshore.
Do you ship PCB assemblies nationwide?
Yes. We ship finished boards to customers anywhere in the United States - from coastal tech corridors to Midwest manufacturers to East Coast defense primes. Our location near Sacramento gives us fast access to West Coast freight lanes.
What are the advantages of domestic PCB assembly?
Shorter lead times, no overseas freight variability, easier DFM collaboration with engineers in the same time zone, full IP protection, and no tariff exposure on assembled-board imports. For regulated programs, domestic assembly is often a hard requirement.
Are you ITAR registered?
Yes. Ansync Circuits is ITAR registered and supports defense, aerospace, and government PCB programs. See our ITAR PCB Assembly page for details.
What industries do your USA-built PCBs serve?
Defense and aerospace, medical devices, industrial controls, energy, instrumentation, IoT and consumer electronics, and research/lab hardware. ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certifications give regulated customers the quality system they need.
How long have you been building PCBs in the USA?
Ansync Circuits is a division of Ansync Labs, founded in 2001. We have been building printed circuit board assemblies domestically for more than two decades.
