Overview

A faster way to quote a PCB - because the people pricing it actually build it

Most PCB quote delays are organizational, not technical. BOMs bounce between a sales desk, a purchasing inbox, an offshore quoting team, and a contract manufacturer before the engineer who asked for the price hears anything back. At Ansync Circuits, quoting, purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing all sit in the same California building - so a quote request lands in front of the people who will actually source the parts and run the line.

That structure is why quoting speed is one of the things customers call out about working with us. We do not quote every job in a blur - a 400-line BOM with controlled components is still a 400-line BOM - but there are no hand-offs baked into the process that turn a simple PCB quote into a week-long round trip. Send us a BOM and Gerbers, and you get a real answer from the US team that will build the board.

Why Ansync

Why engineers come to us for PCB assembly quotes

Accuracy

Priced against live supply data

Component pricing is checked against real-time distributor feeds and our internal part history.

Flexible Procurement

Customer-supplied, partial, or turnkey

Customer-supplied parts, partial supply, or full turnkey procurement - we quote whichever parts model fits your program.

Prototype to Production

One quoting team for every volume

First-run prototypes, small-to-mid volume production, and recurring builds are all quoted by the same engineers. No minimum-volume floor.

Compliance

ITAR + ISO on every quote

ITAR registered, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified, staffed with IPC-trained technicians. Defense, aerospace, medical device, and industrial customers get the compliance stack priced into the quote from the start - not added later as a surprise line item.

Capabilities

What your PCB quote actually covers

We quote the full stack we build - SMT and through-hole assembly, prototype through production, 3D AOI and X-ray inspection, functional testing, and IPC-trained rework. One quote, one team, one facility.

01

Design

Custom PCB Design

Schematic capture and layout optimized for manufacturability, reliability, and cost.

02

Assembly

SMT and Through-Hole

High-mix and complex assemblies with accurate, repeatable results across volumes.

03

Prototyping

First-Run PCBs

Fast small and mid-run prototype builds to validate designs and refine processes.

04

Inspection

3D AOI and X-Ray

Automated optical and 3D X-ray inspection catch defects early and verify hidden joints.

05

Testing

Functional Testing

We perform functional testing using your documentation and fixtures before shipment.

06

Rework

PCB Rework and Repair

IPC-trained technicians handle component replacement, solder correction, and troubleshooting.

Process

How a PCB assembly quote moves through our shop

Step 1

Send your design package

Use the Get a Quote form with your BOM, Gerbers, assembly drawing, quantity, and deadline. Partial packages are fine - tell us what you have and what is still in flight.

Step 2

Engineering review

Our engineers skim the package for DFM concerns, flag any BOM gaps or risky components, and confirm the feasibility of the target quantity and deadline before pricing anything.

Step 3

Pricing

Purchasing checks component pricing and availability against live supply data while manufacturing scopes assembly, inspection, and test. Both streams land in one PCB assembly quote with clear line items.

Step 4

Quote delivered

You get a quote with part-level pricing, assembly cost, inspection and test, and any flagged risks. Questions go straight back to the engineer who built it - not an anonymous inbox.

Certifications

Fast PCB quotes, backed by the certifications that matter

Quoting speed is a real advantage, but it is not a substitute for a quality system. Every PCB assembly quote we send is priced against the same ITAR-registered, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified workflow that builds defense, aerospace, and medical hardware.

FAQ

Quote PCB assembly - frequently asked questions

How do I request a PCB assembly quote?
Use the Get a Quote button above to send us your BOM, Gerbers, assembly drawings, and quantity. The more complete the package, the faster and more accurate the quote. If you only have a partial design, reach out anyway - our team can price against a BOM or even a preliminary schematic.
How fast will I get my PCB quote?
Quoting speed is our edge. Our quoting team sits in the same building as our SMT lines and purchasing, so we are not waiting on offshore partners, external contract manufacturers, or a separate sales channel to price your board. Most PCB and PCB assembly quotes go out faster than customers expect from a US-based ITAR-registered shop.
What do you need to quote a PCB assembly?
At minimum: a BOM (manufacturer part numbers and quantities), target quantity, and target deadline. For a tight, production-ready quote we also want Gerbers, assembly drawings, test requirements, and any compliance flags (ITAR, medical, aerospace). Missing pieces are fine - we will quote what we can and flag assumptions.
Do you quote both prototypes and production runs?
Yes. First-run prototypes, small-to-mid volume production, and recurring builds are all quoted by the same team. There is no minimum-volume floor when you request a quote.
Does a fast PCB quote mean rushed pricing?
No. Speed comes from having quoting, purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing in one US facility - not from cutting corners on the estimate. Component pricing is checked against live supply data, assembly time is estimated from real line throughput, and inspection and test are priced the same way on a quick quote as on a slow one.
Is my design data protected when I request a quote?
Yes. Files stay on our US systems, under our ITAR registration and quality controls. We are happy to sign an NDA before reviewing Gerbers or BOM details, and ITAR-covered technical data is handled inside an authorized US workflow from the first message forward.
How long is a PCB quote valid?
Standard quotes are typically valid for 30 days. Component pricing on long-lead or allocation-risk parts may be flagged as subject to availability - the quote will spell out which lines that applies to so there are no surprises at PO time.
Can you quote if I supply my own parts?
Yes. Customer-supplied kits, partial supply (you source some parts, we source the rest), and full turnkey procurement are all fine - we will quote whichever fits your program.
