Conflict Minerals
Policy Statement

Ansync Inc. & Ansync Circuits

At Ansync Inc. and Ansync Circuits, we are committed to responsible sourcing practices and respect for human rights. As part of our commitment to corporate responsibility and compliance with applicable laws, we support efforts to eliminate the use of “Conflict Minerals” that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or adjoining countries.

Conflict Minerals include tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (commonly referred to as 3TG), which may be necessary to the functionality or production of the electronic components and products we manufacture or source.

Our Commitment

  • We strive to ensure that our products do not contain Conflict Minerals sourced from mines that support or fund conflict in the DRC region.
  • We expect our suppliers to conduct due diligence on the origin and chain of custody of the minerals used in their products and to provide appropriate evidence of their efforts.
  • We support industry-wide efforts, such as the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), to improve transparency and accountability in mineral supply chains.

Supplier Expectations

  • Suppliers must source materials responsibly and provide Conflict Minerals Reporting Templates (CMRT) upon request.
  • Suppliers should have a documented policy and due diligence process in place to ensure that their supply chains are free from Conflict Minerals sourced from conflict-affected and high-risk areas.
  • Non-compliant suppliers may be subject to review, corrective action, or termination of the business relationship.

We are dedicated to continuous improvement and transparency in our supply chain and remain committed to ethical business practices. Ansync Inc. and Ansync Circuits will continue to monitor regulatory developments and adapt our policies and practices to meet evolving expectations.
